Returns & Exchanges: You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, personal care items, and pantry essentials are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our team at info@sodifzandu.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Let us know, and we’ll help you swap it out.
